Minh Long Organises First YTA Training Session

Participants from all over Vietnam today came to Minh Long's Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City to Participate in their first Yamaha Technical Academy (YTA) Training.

The Three Day course which was held from the 5th to the 7th of Mar, was taught jointly by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd (Marine) and Minh Long's Technical Staff concluded today. 17 Participants included those from Haiphong, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Camau and Ho Chi Minh City itself. Representatives from Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd (Marine) include , Mr Tetsuo Kono, Chief Representative and Mr Kenji Eng, Market Support Engineer.

Mainly taught was a refresher course on 2 Stroke Wave Runners and Outboards. The latest technology and development of 4 Stroke engines including the use of YDIS (Yamaha Diagnostics System) which allows your engine history to be viewed through a portable Laptop. Participants were also challenged daily in a Tough Question and Answer session organised by Yamaha Motor Co.,Ltd with attractive prize given to alert participants.

The Powerful F200B and the fuel saving F50A was used for live demostration, wowing all who attended the training session. All Minh Long's 3S dealers were now realised how the technology of 4 Stroke engines had increased by leaps and bounds and were truly amazed with the YDIS.

"This training session has shown the commitment of Minh Long to keep our dealer and mechanics up to date with the latest technology." explains GM of Minh Long Co., Ltd, Sio Hock Chuan. Minh Long is at present planning to hold more training courses including Diesel Engine training courses throughout Vietnam.
