What is Customer Community Satisfaction?

Customer Community Satisfaction (CCS) an on-going project by Minh Long which helps our Customers, Community, Environment or even Society in General through Community Projects.

What is a CCS Project?

A CCS project can be anything from helping the needy to replenishing up the environment to providing support and activites for our Customers and the Community.

What is the Minh Long's Focus for its Current CCS Projects?

At Present, we feel its in the best interest of the people that we help out the Millions of Poor and Needy people in Vietnam. This will be our focus for the next few years.

What kind of Help is rendered to the needy?

Depending on the situation, Minh Long usually distributes food to the needy, provide health care to the disabled and shelter for the homeless.

When did Minh Long Start Its CCS Program?

Minh Long Started its first CCS Program in February 2003 by Distributing Food to Needy Children.

How Often are your CCS Projects Conducted?

Minh Long conducts our CCS Projects twice yearly. However if the situation permits we will hold more projects.

How Can I help out in the CCS Project?

There are millions of Starving, Disabled and Homeless people in Vietnam and we are always looking for ways to better improve their lives. Any help be it Donations or Logistics we are more than happy to accept.

Mission: Helping the Disabled Children of the Orphange in Vietnam.
Benefiting: 10 Children.

Food Distribution Campaign

Mission: Combined Charity service distributing Food to the Residents of Dong Thap, An Giang and Can Tho which were devestated by Flood.
Benefiting: 4,361 Families (Combined).

Lasik Eye Surgery Program

Date: 17 February 2004
Mission: Combined Charity Program to provide sight to the elderly that are suffering from Myopia.
Benefiting: 50 People (Combined).

Shelter Program

Date: 15 December 2003
Mission: Building a House for Families that have lost their homes due to the Flooding in Central Vietnam.
Benefiting: 20 People.

Mission: Providing Food for under privilege children in 2 Schools in the Southern Vietnamese Town of Chau Doc.
