Project Details: In the months of October and November 2003, heavy rains caused wide spread flooding and mud slids in the central region of Vietnam. As a result many families lost their homes. Many lost their lives and Hundreds were left homeless and sleeping in tents.With Winter Fast approaching, Minh Long decided quickly to make a difference by Building a shelter for families and individuals who did not have a roof over their head. The Shelter which will be run by Monks from a local temple will provide food for their daily needs. The entire Building was put together in 3 weeks on the 15th of December!!! Which provided shelter for 20 people. |
