Remote Control Boxes

Yamaha Offers 4 different models of Remote Controls Boxes with the following features. The equiped functions are dependent on the type of remote control box.
  • Main Switch - Activates accessories, starts and stops engine.

  • Trottle Lever - Controls shifts and engine revolution.

  • Free Acceleration - Controls engine speed at neutral shift.

  • Engine Stop Switch Lanyard - Immediately stops engine automatically if the operator leaves the helm.

  • Start in-gear prevention - Prevents engine starting except neutral shift.

  • Choke Switch - Actuates Choke electrically.

  • Power Trim and Tilt Switch - Activates power trim and tilt up or down operation.

  • Warning Buzzer - Attract's operators attention before the outboard goes into serious trouble like Overheating, Low Oil Level or Low Oil Pressure.
